Once you email Aussie Applique an order request either by:
- ticking the
boxes of the patterns you've chosen on our catalogue
page and then filling in a couple
of contact details and clicking a send button at the foot of the page,
or
- emailing us direct by clicking here which will launch your email program so that you can simply put your request and any related queries in good old plain English, longhand!
we will then return an email confirming your order, the total payment due including postage, your payment options (money order or cheque, or Mastercard, VISA, or Bankcard), and, if paying by cheque or money order, we will provide our postal address for you to send your payment.
For credit card purchases
Please do NOT send credit card details via email. If you wish to pay by credit card (which we process off-line), you can either phone through your credit card details by calling our home/business number, +61 (2) 6254 7821, or fax us your details. Our fax is +61 (2) 6255 1457 . (Your card details are only used to process your order off-line then later destroyed.)
Postage
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we will post your patterns for a flat rate of AU $3 anywhere within Australia. Outside of Australia a postal charge will be calculated and added.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please ring or email us to discuss the difficulty. We are happy to replace any faulty product. After contacting us via email or phone, return of a product can be arranged for a full credit, within 30 days of purchase.
